Why I Am Running

I’m running for commissioner because Precinct 1 needs positive change. Our community needs an experienced commissioner that can execute growth with minimal impact on our residents and business community. I will prioritize listening, communicating, and working collaboratively with residents and local businesses to get things done.

Lina held a variety of leadership roles where she successfully led influential organizations. Her strategic long-range planning and program management knowledge enables her to achieve financial sustainability for the precinct.

Experience

Lina’s experience as a businesswoman, public leader, wife, and mother will make her an effective commissioner. She will continue the mission to inspire our youth by promoting projects that create the most significant impact in social uplift and sustainability.

Values

Lina is committed to supporting our law enforcement and protecting our community. We deserve safer neighborhoods no matter where we live. She will tackle rising property taxes by working with tax organizations on program effectiveness and implementing enhancements to truth-in-taxation policies.
